Tia Gray Stecher, Chief Executive Officer
Tia joined Morrison in 2006 as Chief Executive Officer. She has Bachelor’s and Master's Degrees in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Tia began her career as a therapist providing outpatient treatment to children and families in Wisconsin.

Thomas Slick, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Morrison Child and Family Services, Tom is responsible for all Accounting, Finance, Facilities, and IT staff and operations. Tom came to Morrison following an already extensive career with previous positions as the Director of Finance for Integrated Services Network, the Vice President of Finance for Boxer-Northwest Co. and Controller for Nike International. He is a CPA and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University.
Drew McWilliams, Chief Operations Officer
Drew supervises all Division Directors, along with designated Senior
Clinical Supervisors and Managers. He serves as the primary liaison to all government, school, private funding and licensing bodies for all
agency programs. Drew has extensive experience with outpatient and
community-based services. He has multiple degrees in education and
Social Agencies Counseling.
Mark Arcuri, Information Technology Director
Mark is IT Director. He comes to Morrison with over 20 years of progressive experience in Information Management.
Leslie Brock, Development Director
Leslie is the Development Director and works with volunteers, in-kind giving and third party events. She has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, and brings to Morrison over 15 years experience in conference and event planning, and more recently non-profit development. Leslie is a transplant from Kansas City, Missouri, and has been enjoying everything Portland has to offer.
Patricia DiNucci, Director of Human Resources
Patricia is the Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for all legal matters including administrative compliance with State and Federal employment laws, insurance, risk management and liability. Patricia serves on both the Leadership Team and the Executive Leadership Team. The human resources department is dedicated to staff education, employee relations, compensation, benefits and the recruitment and retention of diverse, qualified staff.
Monica J. Ford, Director Clinical Operations
Monica says, “I have held just about every position at Morrison including night receptionist, administrative assistant, office manager, proctor care coordinator, agency-wide proctor care coordinator, assistant program director, program director, and the Director of Foster Care Services and Division Director." She studied Education, English, Drama, and received a Master's in Social Work. Monica was also an OHSU LEND Scholar at their Child Development and Rehabilitation Center.
DeeAnna Garcia-Dennis, Director of Diversity Development
DeeAnna initially served as a bilingual therapist in Morrison’s Outpatient Division for some years during which time she simultaneously collaborated with other bilingual staff across the organization to develop the Latino Service Providers (LSP) group. She came to Morrison with direct practice experience in children’s mental health, substance abuse treatment, community development experience within First Nations communities, and management experience in international children services and outdoor adventure mentoring. DeeAnna has a Master’s in Social Work, and is grounded in the social justice foundation of the field.
Scott Montgomery, Director of Operations
Scott works across all Morrison programs providing management support and ensuring operational flow in the areas of compliance, external relations, internal communications, fiscal management, and quality improvement initiatives. He is responsible for the management of special projects and program details for new program implementation. Scott serves on the Program Leadership Team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Margaret MacLeod, Director of Quality, Program Development and Prevention Services
Margie was previously the Program Director of Outpatient and Prevention Services. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Margie enjoys, “Having the opportunity to help children of all ages and backgrounds grow, thrive, develop healthy personalities and overcome adversities.”
Dixie Stevens, Division Director Specialized, Adolescent Services
Dixie manages the Breakthrough, Counterpoint Outpatient, Counterpoint Day Treatment and RAD programs. She has worked at Morrison as a therapist, Program Director and Program Manager. Dixie has a Master's in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She admires, “The resiliency and the energy of the kids and their families.
