At the heart of Morrison's programs is a commitment to early intervention and prevention services for at-risk young children. By providing effective treatment to young children as early as possible, we can avoid the need for more costly and restrictive services later in the children's lives.

Early Childhood Intensive Outpatient Services
Early Childhood Intensive Outpatient Services provides intensive, short-term services in home and community settings to families with children ages birth to six. These children are at risk of losing their biological or foster home, preschool, or child care setting. The program's comprehensive, flexible services can include assessment, crisis stabilization, individual and family therapy, case management, skills training, and the Parents as Teachers and Incredible Years models.
Hand in Hand Day Treatment
The Hand In Hand Day Treatment Program serves preschool children, ages 3 to 6 years, who have been severely abused and neglected. Program components include intensive day treatment services and integrated, specialized therapeutic foster care (proctor care) services. This program serves as a model program for other day treatment programs around the state of Oregon and across the country.
Hand in Hand Outpatient
Hand in Hand offers outpatient counseling services for children ages birth to 13 years who are suffering from emotional or behavioral problems. Services offered include individual, group, family and play therapy; case management; assessments; and home-based services.
Healthy Start
Healthy Start Home Visiting program provides parent education for first time parents in partnership with the Multnomah County Health Department. Healthy Start staff provide home visits and facilitate groups for first time parents to help them with the everyday challenges and issues of being a new parent.
Listos Para Aprender
Listos Para Aprender is a joint project with Desarrollo Integral da la Familias, funded by the City of Portland Children’s Investment Fund. The program provides a culturally-specific family support team to serve Spanish-speaking families with infant children throughout Portland.
